All calculations, material takeoffs, cut schedules, deflection assessments, and submittal documents generated by TileFlow Pro are estimates only. You must independently verify all dimensions, structural requirements, and code standards with a qualified professional and your local code authority. TileFlow Pro provides no warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or regulatory compliance and does not replace professional structural engineering or jobsite inspections.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TileFlow Pro (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Use of Estimating Tools (Estimates Only)
All calculations and layout tools are provided strictly as estimating aids. Installers, contractors, and users remain solely responsible for physically verifying jobsite dimensions, substrate moisture, joist deflection, and applicable TCNA/ANSI standards prior to installation.
3. Paid Subscriptions & Licenses
When you subscribe to the Pro Contractor Pass ($29.00/month):
- License Grant: You are granted a non-exclusive license to use Pro features, activate up to your licensed device instances, and generate unlimited branded submittal PDF packets for client projects.
- Commercial Use: You may provide generated submittal packets directly to property owners, general contractors, and inspectors. You may not resell or redistribute TileFlow Pro license keys or software source code.
- Billing & Renewals: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly billing cycle through LemonSqueezy until cancelled. You may cancel future renewals at any time via your customer billing link.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We offer a 14-day refund on your initial subscription payment only. Recurring monthly renewals are non-refundable. You may cancel future renewals at any time with 1 click from your LemonSqueezy customer receipt email or by contacting anurag10602@gmail.com.
5. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com). Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides customer service inquiries and handles billing/tax administration.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TileFlow Pro, its developers, or its operating entity be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, material wastage, installation delays, structural failure, or labor costs resulting from reliance on the software.
